Refund & Returns Policy

Please choose carefully.  We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.  You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn’t perform as advertised.

Please contact us (sales@spearpoint.net.auto discuss your return before sending it back, and let us know the postal or courier tracking number.

Unless otherwise agreed, goods are returned at your cost and we expect that they will have been unused (except for fitting of course!) and include all original wrapping and tags.
